Dear Brake Shop Beneficiary:

If you are reading this, then likely you have had the opportunity to participate in at least one or more components of the CPRI Brake Shop program. Perhaps it was a presentation provided by a member of the clinical team. Perhaps your agency has received training in Brake Shop materials and are now better prepared to assess children with Tourette Syndrome and other related disorders or help them to cope and thrive with their unique challenges. You might be a family member who, through this website or the “Leaky Brakes 101” course, has gained greater knowledge and understanding of the issues your child is dealing with on a daily basis and how you can help them manage these challenges.

If you valued the high calibre of service you received, VOCPRI (Volunteer Organization of CPRI) would like to invite you to join them in providing ongoing financial support to the Brake Shop program. Your gift could be used to fund one of a variety of program-specific needs. For example, your gift might help purchase library materials, or supplies needed to run group activities. It may help subsidize the cost for special assessment tools or community education programs (e.g. websites, DVD’s, and assemblies). Finally, donation dollars might increase opportunities for clinic staff to receive highly specialized training or undertake much needed research in this area.
